Ethan is a user researcher from South Africa, with a passion for tackling healthcare challenges through digital innovation. With an MSc in HCI from UCL and a background in medicine and psychology, he has a knack for empathising with patients and clinicians to understand their pain points and needs. Within Fora Health, his role involves researching the users and clinical context of our service to strategise how to make it useful, usable and effective.
