Chat conversation for goal setting

We learnt that, for people living with different mental health conditions, the meaningfulness of structured goals can be increased by framing them as gradual stepping-stones towards broader treatment success.

As such, people living with these kinds of conditions would significantly benefit from taking the time to explore, with their care teams and their loved ones, what realistic, holistic, and sustainable long-term treatment success might look like for them. This should happen before starting to collaboratively set, as well as compassionately track, structured goals with a healthcare practitioner.
