Clinicians appreciated that Fora Health’s shared decision-making program could provide clear documentation of a treatment journey, help them guide personal conversations around decisions, and help patients understand their options and manage expectations.
We learned about workflows for screening, medication, procedures, and lifestyle decisions, and the support needed in each case to protect patient health as well as well-being. Feedback we received will help us customize programs to each workflow, to optimize how we coordinate patient decision support, and efficiently share patient preferences with clinicians in the EHR.
